How should I prepare for a pest control visit?
You should make sure to put all children’s toys and pet belongings away from the treatment area as well as any open pet food that might be contaminated because of the pest control techniques that will be used.
Make sure to close any open windows before the arrival of our exterminators.

How long do I have to stay away from my home or business after treatment?
Many Service24 Pest treatments do not require you to leave your residence, however, we do recommend that you avoid the treated areas until they have dried. No more than an hour. For bed bug treatments, we recommend at least 4 hours.
Why do I see more bugs after a treatment visit?
This is to be expected after a treatment application. Insect activity will increase after a successful treatment because our products have a “flushing out” effect which causes bugs to leave their habitat because it is no longer livable. This means the concern is being taken care of from the inside out and not just what is seen.
How long does it take for the treatment to work?
Most of our treatments will be effective within 10-14 days. However, some treatments such as the spraying and removal of a Hornet‘s nest will usually be effective within a few days. Some treatments for ridding your home or business property from ants can take around 2 weeks. A good sign that the treatment has begun to work is seeing the presence of more ants. They are looking for somewhere else to reside.
How do I get rid of ants in between treatment visits?
Handling ants in between service visits can be tricky. Whenever you see ants, use a napkin or paper towel to kill the ants. Spray a cleaning solution to clean away the pheromone trail ants leave behind upon their death. This pheromone trail signals to other ants that they are in trouble and more ants will arrive to this location.
I think I have bed bugs, but how can I be sure? How soon can I get a beg bug inspection for my home or business property?
